Privacy Policy
Patriot Home Service LLC | Trust your home to a Patriot | Effective date: October 30, 2026
1. About this policy
This policy explains what personal information Patriot Home Service LLC ("Patriot," "we") collects through this website, forms, phone calls, text messages and email, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, people who ask us for an estimate, and customers.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, mailing and property address.
- Information about your project: what you want done, details about your home or property, photos, videos and documents you send, appointment preferences, and, if you choose to give it, insurance company and claim information.
- Our communications with you: emails, text messages and notes of phone calls, and your choices about how we contact you.
- Text message consent record: whether you checked the service text box, which form it was on, the version of the wording you saw and the time. We also record whether you checked the separate marketing text box and the name you entered as your signature.
- Agreements and billing records: signed agreements, change orders and notices, invoices, and records of payments you make. (Payments are not taken through this website.)
- Website and device information: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, how you arrived (for example the campaign link you clicked), and similar technical data collected by cookies and tags described in section 8.
- Address search: On forms where address suggestions are turned on, the text you type into an address box is sent to Google Maps to suggest matching addresses, along with your IP address and browser details. This happens before and regardless of your cookie choice.
- Call recordings and call records: We may record phone calls with Patriot, and we keep a log of calls (the numbers, date, time and length). We tell you at the start of the call that it may be recorded. If you do not want a call recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we can continue by email instead.
3. How we get it
From you (forms, phone, text, email, in person at your home), from your use of the website, and, if you tell us to, from your insurance company or mortgage company.
4. How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule visits, prepare estimates and carry out work you hire us for.
- To send you documents, appointment reminders, project updates and, if you agreed to texts, the text messages described in the Text Message Terms.
- To keep project, warranty and payment records and to collect amounts owed.
- To check the quality of calls, to train the people who answer them, and to keep a record of what was said and agreed, using call recordings.
- To run, secure and improve the website and to measure how the website is used.
- To send you marketing emails only if you separately agreed to receive them. We send marketing text messages only if you separately agree to those, in the separate optional marketing text box.
- To follow the law, respond to legal requests and protect our rights.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. Google may use the advertising cookies this website loads to show you our ads on other sites.
We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us run the website, email, text messaging, scheduling, accounting and record-keeping, who may use it only to provide those services to us.
- People and companies that help carry out the work you hire us for, only the information they need for your project.
- Your insurance company or mortgage company if you tell us in writing that we may send them our photos and estimate.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect safety, property or our legal rights.
- Advertising providers and other companies whose content loads with our website (Google, and OpenStreetMap for map tiles), which receive information as described in section 8.
- A buyer or successor if Patriot's business is sold or reorganized.
We do not share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their own marketing or promotional use.
6. Text messages
Service texts. We send service texts (your request, estimates, appointments and project updates) only if you checked the separate optional service text box on a form or signed a written agreement with that choice. A form submission or a booking alone does not sign you up for texts. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help.
Marketing texts. We may send marketing texts (offers, seasonal reminders, maintenance-plan information and review requests) only if you checked the separate optional marketing text box and signed with your name. A form submission, a booking, or the service box alone does not sign you up for marketing texts. Neither choice is a condition of buying anything. For marketing texts, you agree that we may use an automatic telephone dialing system. If you agree, you may receive up to 5 marketing messages per month, sent only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help.
We keep your consent record (the form, the exact wording and version you saw, your name as your signature for marketing texts, the number, and the time) as proof of what you agreed to. We use your mobile number only to send the texts you agreed to and do not sell it or share it for others' marketing. We use providers, such as a text-messaging provider, only to deliver the messages. See the Terms of Service, section 8.
7. Email
We send emails about your request, agreement, project and account. We send marketing emails only if you separately agreed. Marketing emails will say who they are from, include Patriot's mailing address and give you a simple way to unsubscribe, and we stop sending marketing emails to an address within 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not counting federal holidays) after you ask. You may still receive emails about your project or account.
8. Cookies, tags and analytics
- Advertising (Google Ads tag, ID AW-17840996757): the website uses a Google Ads tag from Google. It loads shortly after a page opens, and also when you scroll, click or touch the page. It uses cookies and similar technology from Google, and Google may receive your IP address, information about your device and browser, the pages you view and how you arrived. We use it to help us understand how people reach our website from our Google ads and to help us improve our advertising. Google may also use it to show Patriot ads to people who visited our website, on Google and on other websites and apps (called remarketing or personalized advertising); these ads are based on past visits to our website, and Google and other vendors use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on them. We have not set this tag up to send Google your name, phone number, email address or anything you type into a form. To limit this, you can use Google's Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) to turn off ad personalization, the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out (https://optout.networkadvertising.org), or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out (https://optout.aboutads.info). Some of these choices are saved in cookies in your browser, so you may need to repeat them on each browser and device.
- Content from other companies that loads with the page: Google Fonts (the website's typefaces) loads on every page; OpenStreetMap map tiles load on the service-areas map; and where Patriot has turned the feature on, Google Maps address suggestions load on some forms. These companies may receive your IP address and device information, and may use cookies, when their content loads. On forms where address suggestions are turned on, the text you type into an address box is sent to Google Maps to suggest matching addresses, along with your IP address and browser details. This happens before and regardless of your cookie choice. The fonts, map tiles and address suggestions load whether or not you use any cookie choice described in this section.
- Saved items on your device: the website stores some information in your browser (for example your saved checklist or worksheet notes and the campaign link you arrived from). That information stays in your browser unless you submit it in a form.
- Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (some features may not work), and use the Google, NAI and DAA advertising opt-outs described above. Your browser's "Do Not Track" setting and Global Privacy Control signals are not currently honored for the advertising tag.
9. How long we keep it
We keep estimate and project records, agreements, warranty records and payment records for as long as needed to serve you, for your warranty period, and for the time the law and our records policy call for. We keep your text consent record for as long as we send you texts and for at least five years afterward, so we can show what you agreed to. Contact form inquiries that do not become projects are kept for a limited time and then deleted. Call recordings are kept only as long as we need them for training, quality checks or a dispute, claim or warranty matter. When we no longer need information we delete or destroy it in a way that protects it.
10. Security
We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure. If a security breach affects your information, we will notify you as North Carolina law requires. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or card numbers by form, text or email.
11. Your choices and requests
- Texts: reply STOP at any time.
- Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link or email support@patriothomeservice.com.
- Access, correction or deletion: email support@patriothomeservice.com or call (980) 999-0467 to ask us to show you, correct or delete information we hold about you. We may need to keep some records the law or an active project or warranty requires, and we may need to confirm who you are first.
- Calls and texts: reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us in any other reasonable way.
12. Children
The website and our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Photos and videos
We use photos and videos of your property to prepare estimates, document work and respond to warranty requests. Patriot uses photos and video of your completed work in its own marketing (website, social media and printed materials) only with your written permission; it may show or name your neighborhood or community, but it will not show your name, street address, house number, faces, license plates or any other detail that identifies you or your property unless you separately agree in writing, and will stop using and remove the images within 30 days after you withdraw permission by emailing support@patriothomeservice.com.
14. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date. If we make a material change to how we use your information, we will tell you in a way appropriate to the change. A change to this policy does not change a text message consent you already gave.
